Application of BMS Signal Transformer in Battery Management System

Battery Management system(BMS) connect to high-energy battery packs and manage the charging,discharging of the pack, as well as monitoring essential safety factors including temperature, state of charge and state of health of pack. 

BMS Signal Transformers are functional isolation transformer modules with common mode chokes for noise rejection in battery management system (BMS) applications.   The BMS Signal Transformers utilize a high level of automation in the process to enhance product quality and production efficiency.   These BMS signal transformer is offers a 1000VDC working voltage and a 4300VDC Hi-Pot isolation voltage or higher.   The transformers operate over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
